If for some reason we are currently out of a product that you ordered, we will confirm availability and order the product from the manufacturer. At that time we may charge your credit card for the special ordered product. Most of the time when this happens, your order status will be changed to "PROCESSING"

Delivery is via FEDEX Ground. We ship out of Florida, most packages are shipped within 2 to 5 business days. All items shipped within the US are insured.

Incorrect Address Issues
Customers need to triple check the shipping address on there order to insure the address is error free. Be sure to include any special suite or apartment numbers, otherwise the order may be returned to us due to insufficient address. The orders that are returned will be charged additional shipping for secondary delivery. Free shipping will not be applied twice for orders that meet those conditions prior to the return. Customers will be contacted and made aware of the any delivery issues. If the orders are not reshipped at the expense of the customers, a 15% restocking fee will be applied and any original shipping cost will be forfeit. Any remaining balance will be credited back to the customer's credit card.
- All damaged items must be claimed within 48 hours of receipt with the carrier ( ie... FEDEX )
- You must receive an RMA number from us in order to return an item. Item(s) approved for exchange must be returned within 30 days (1 month) of the order date.
- You must have either original receipt or a copy of receipt with the returned merchandise.
- The item(s) must be returned in the original carton(s) without being used or damaged in any way.
- We strive to make every customer 100% satisfied.
- You have 90 days for a complete refund and 45 days to exchange.
- If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchace please return it following these instructions.
- Please notify us first of the reason for return.
- Customer must handle return shipping cost unless an error was do on our part. Customer must provide us with a tracking number of the returned item.
- Customer must safely pack and return merchandise in undamaged and unused condition within 45 days of purchase.
- We can not reimburse return freight charges.

In order to expidit your order please have the item name & number ready as well as credit card and shipping information. All credit card orders must have the exact billing address information that matches the card holders name.
Cancel Order Policy
Canceled orders after 3 days will be refunded minus a 3% credit card charge fee that we are billed from your card company. If the item was not shipped within 10 days and you wish to cancel then we will not charge a 3% fee.
We can not cancel any order once its been shipped, under any circumanstance, we apologize in advance but we strictly enforce this policy. You can still however send any order back (at your expense) for a full refund of the purchase price of items (minus shipping charges). The only exception being if an item from your order is out of stock, we'll then cancel that item of your order or if your entire order is out of stock we'll cancel your order, other than these exceptions we can not cancel any order once it has been placed.

Packages that are refused when they reach there shipping destination will be charged shipping, and a restocking fee of 15%. The shipping fee will only be charged if your order was shipped with FREE SHIPPING. If for some reason your order was refused, but you still want the order. You will be required to repay the new shipping charge in order to receive your order. The second attempt at delivery must be at a different address, we will not ship the order a second time to a address where it has been already refused once.
Unable to sign for an order by FEDEX
It is the customers responsibility to make arraignments to sign for a package. If the package is returned and the customer wants it reshipped the customer will be charged shipping, if refused and the customer decided to cancel the order a return shipping charge and restocking fee of 15% will be charged. "Signature Required" is enforced upon us by rules and regulations imposed by credit card companies. These rules are to insure that orders made by a consumer are delivered to the consumer to avoid theft.
